Tenders are invited for Health Screening/Nhis Registration for 60,000 Plastic Waste Value Chain Actor Scope of Services The selected service provider will be responsible for: 1. Health Screening Services o General medical check-ups such as blood pressure, BMI, blood sugar, vision screening and the like. o Identification of common occupational and lifestyle-related health conditions o Provision of basic medical advice and referrals where necessary 2. NHIS Registration o New registrations and renewals for beneficiaries o Biometric data capture and processing o Issuance of NHIS cards or confirmation of enrolment. 3. Community Engagement and Sensitization o Awareness creation on the importance of regular health checks o Education on NHIS benefits and usage 4. Data Collection and Reporting o Maintain accurate records of screened and registered individuals o Submit detailed reports on activities, coverage, and outcomes How to apply a.
