Expression of Interest for Operating and Managing a Retail Shop in Azraq Camp. The United Nations World Food Program (WFP) is the largest humanitarian agency fighting hunger in the world. The program is currently working in Jordan to serve the most vulnerable refugees living in camps by providing monthly general food assistance through cash-based transfers to meet their essential food needs, which they can redeem through the contracted shops in the camp. The World Food Program provides assistance to about thirty-two thousand beneficiaries in Azraq camp, however, given the current situation some refugees are voluntary returning to Syria with an estimated average of around Three hundred refugees monthly as of June 2026.
