Księdza Rogowskiego 62A In Kalety (42-622 Kalety), In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Stwior And The Bill Of Quantities Constituting An Integral Part Of This Swz. Location Of The Facility Covered By The Requested Task: Ul. Księdza Rogowskiego 62, 42-660 Kalety, Registration Plot No. 241301_1.0001.Ar_18.568/42. Material Scope, According To The Project: Dismantling Works: – Remove All Ventilation Grilles; – Remove All External Lamps; – Remove All Lighting Switches; – Temporarily Dismantle The Lightning Protection System; – Dismantle For The Time Of Insulation Downpipes And Secure The Drainage Of Rainwater From The Roof; - For The Duration Of Insulation, Completely Dismantle The External Heat Pump Unit Or Immediately Adjust Its Hangers To Suit The Expected Insulation Thickness; - Dismantle A 30 Cm Wide Strip Of Paving Stones Around The Building In Order To Insulate Below The Existing Surface. Construction Works To Be Performed: - Insulating The Roof Slope Between The Rafters With Mineral Wool. Only Pvc Foil Should Be Used To Finish The Roof From The Inside - A Vapor Barrier; - Removal Of Any Loose Plaster Fragments And Filling In Larger Gaps; - Priming The Existing Plaster To Strengthen It - A Deep Penetrating Primer; - Insulating The Wall With A Light Wet Method Using Styrofoam Thickness. 18Cm.
