1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Moisture Tester Free From Legal And Physical Defects, I.E. A Device Used To Assess The Dynamic Properties Of Liquid Transport In Flat Textile Products, I.E. Woven / Knitted Fabrics / Nonwoven Fabrics (So-Called Moisture Management Tester - Mmt).2. Description Of The Minimum Technical Parameters And Other Properties Of The Equipment Required By The Ordering Party, Referred To In Section 1 Above, As Well As The Type Of Devices, Components And Accessories (Equipment) Constituting The Equipment As Above (So-Called Technical And Scope Description Of The Delivery Item) - Is Provided In Appendix No. 2 Of The Swz. 3. Whenever The Further Provisions Of This Tor Refer To Equipment Or Device Without Further Specification - It Should Be Understood As The Entire Subject Of Delivery From This Order (All Devices And Other Equipment) - In Accordance With The Description Of The Requirements For It Specified In Annex No. 2 Of The Tor. In The Case And To The Extent That In The Swz Annex Referred To In Section 2 Above, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Indicated, Such Indication Does Not Bind Other Contractors. They Should Be Treated As Sample Proposals, Intended Only To Determine The Desired Standard Of Workmanship And To Determine The Properties And Technical And Operational Requirements Assumed For A Given Type Of Solution.4. The Scope Of Delivery Constituting The Subject Of This Order Includes At Least: 1) Sale And Delivery Of The Offered Equipment To The Ordering Party (Hereinafter Referred To As The Place Of Equipment Delivery), Which Will Be Located In Poznań. The Specific Address Of The Place Of Equipment Delivery Is Provided In § 3 Section 1 Of The Contract Template (Appendix No. 7 Swz);2) Preparation For Operation By The Ordering Party Of The Equipment Delivered To It, Consisting At Least In Carrying Out Appropriate Installation Activities Of The Device, Components And Other Physical Elements At The Place Of Equipment Delivery, As Well As (After Completing The Above-Mentioned Activity) Performing The First Start-Up In Order To Demonstrate The Correct Operation (Work), As Well As Conducting Training For The Ordering Partys Staff Aimed At Preparing These People For The Correct Operation And Practical Operation Of The Offered Equipment. And The Equipment Delivered To The Ordering Party In The Execution Of This Order. The Specific Type And Scope Of Activities Included In The Scope Of The Services Referred To Above In This Point And The Method Of Their Performance Are Provided In § 4 Of The Template Agreement;3) Granting The Ordering Party A Warranty For The Equipment, However, It Is Required To Grant A Warranty For A Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months From The Date Of Issue Of The Equipment To The Ordering Party (Taking Into Account Additional Provisions In This Regard Provided In § 6(3) Of The Temp
