The Subject Of The Procedure For Awarding A Public Contract Is: Development, Printing And Delivery Of Advertising And Information Materials For The Needs Of The Theatrical And Music Production Center Varna The Activities Falling Within The Scope Of This Order Are Expressed In The Development, Printing And Delivery Of Advertising And Information Materials For The Needs Of The Theatrical And Music Production Center - Varna. The Production And Design Of The Materials Themselves Included In The Subject Of This Public Procurement Will Be Carried Out By The Employer /His Employees/ And Is Not Subject To Assignment To The Contractor Selected. The Activities That Will Be Performed By The Selected Contractor Under This Public Procurement Are The Following: Pre-Printing Of Advertising And Informational Materials Requested With The Design Of The Contracting Authority; Printing Of Advertising And Informational Materials Requested By Type And Number By The Contracting Authority; Packaging And Delivery Free Of Charge To The Address Of The Contracting Authority - Varna, Nezavisimost Square No. 2 Or To A Place Specified By The Contracting Authority In View Of The Specific Activity That It Performs. For The Items Subject To This Public Procurement, The Participant Selected As A Contractor Should Not Carry Out Design. Object Of The Order According To The Common Terminological Dictionary (Cpv) Is: 79820000-8 – Services Related To Printing And A Large Part Of The Materials Are Included In The List Of Goods And Services Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 16 Of The Zop, Adopted By Decision No. 591 Of The Council Of Ministers Of 18.07.2016. The Order Is Reserved For Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities On The Basis Of Art. 12 Of The Civil Code, In Connection With Art. 80 Of The Ppzop, Due To The Following: Given The Fact That The Main Part Of The Printed Advertising And Informational Materials, The Subject Of Production, Printing And Delivery In This Public Procurement Are Included In The List Of Goods And Services, In Accordance With The General Glossary Of Terms, Which Are Intended For The Assignment Of Specialized Enterprises And Cooperatives To People With Disabilities Or To Business Entities Whose Main Goal Is The Social And Professional Integration Of People With Disabilities And People In A Disadvantaged Position (The List Of Goods And Services Under Article 12, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code), Determined Decision No. 591/18.07.2016 Of The Council Of Ministers Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, On The Basis Of Art. 80. The Quantities - Circulations Of The Advertising Materials Specified In The Specification Are Estimated, But Close To Those That Are Assigned For The Entire Term Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right, Within The Period Of Execution Of The Contract For Public Procurement, To Request The Production Of Both Less And More Than The Predicted Quantities-Circulations, Depending On Its Need, Which Does Not Lead To A Change Of The Subject Of The Contract, But Is Consistent With The Specific Nature Of The Activity Of The Contracting Authority. The Client Reserves The Right In The Event That He Requests The Production Of A Smaller Quantity
