1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Of Determining The Boundaries Of Cadastral Plots In The Manner And On The Terms Specified In The Egib Regulation In The Scope Of Cadastral Plots Constituting District Roads In The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship As Part Of The Project Infostrada Kujawy And Pomerania 3.02) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Requirements For Its Implementation Can Be Found In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 1 And In The Proposed Provisions Agreement (Hereinafter Ppu) Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz3) The Order Was Divided Into Three Stages And Consists In Finding Boundary Signs, Setting Boundary Points Or Determining The Boundaries Of Cadastral Plots. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Completed Within 24 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, No Later Than August 30, 2028. The Ordering Party Sets The Following Deadlines For Individual Stages Of Order Implementation: Stage I - Until October 30, 2026. Stage Ii - Until September 30, 2027. Stage Iii - Until The Date On Which The Deadline Resulting From The Concluded Contract Expires, But No Later Than August 30, 2028.
