The Solution Must Centralize And Automate Monitoring Processes, Incorporating Advanced Functionalities For The Management Of Covenants, The Administration And Valuation Of Collateral (Collateral Management) And The Automatic Reclassification Of Financial Statements (Auto-Spreading), In Order To Improve The Quality Of Information, Operational Efficiency And Supervision Capacity. In Addition, The Platform Must Provide A Consolidated And Updated View Of Credit Risk, Facilitating The Generation Of Early Alerts, The Detection Of Credit Deteriorations And The Continuous Analysis Of Clients Solvency Through Advanced Document Processing And Machine Learning Technologies. The Contract Is Necessary To Guarantee Adequate Risk Management And Ensure Compliance With The Regulatory, Prudential, Accounting And Supervisory Requirements Applicable To The Ico Throughout The Duration Of The Contract.
