Riverbank Protection Works – Development Services Of The Technical Project And Execution Details, Technical Quality Check Of The Technical Project, Technical Assistance And Execution Of Works Related To The Green Promenade Investment Objective - Object No. 2 - Renovation, Rehabilitation And Consolidation Of The Grivița Lake Shores. The Object Of This Purchase Is The Conclusion Of A Contract With The Object Of Services For The Elaboration Of The Technical Project And The Details Of Execution, Technical Quality Control Of The Technical Project, Technical Assistance And The Execution Of Works Related To The Green Promenade Investment Objective - Object No. 2 - Renovation, Rehabilitation And Consolidation Of The Grivița Lake Shores. This Investment Objective Is Mainly Necessary For The Rehabilitation Of The Coastal Defense Protection In Order To Ensure Safe Exploitation And Recreational Activities. The Role Of These Hydrotechnical Facilities Was One Of Leisure But Also Of Protection Against Bank Erosion. Currently, The Shore Defenses Are In A State Of Degradation (In Some Places Very Advanced), Caused Both By The Usual Action Of Environmental Factors (Precipitation, Groundwater Circulation, Freeze-Thaw Cycle, Meteoric Waters, Etc.) And By The Absence Of Regular Maintenance Work Throughout The Life Of The Construction. From The Point Of View Of The Green Spaces Adjacent To The Lake, Most Of Them Are In A State Of Severe Degradation, Due To Both Poor Maintenance And Difficult Accessibility In Some Areas. The Promenada Verde Project Promotes Sustainable Urban Mobility, Encouraging Non-Motorized Transport, Increasing The Quality Of The Urban Environment, Reducing Air Pollution And Improving Functional Zoning At The Level Of Sector 1 Of The Municipality Of Bucharest. The Main Minimum Indicators (Performance Indicators) Related To The Investment Objective From The Content Of The Feasibility Study, As These Indicators Were Approved Based On The Provisions Of Art. 7 Para. (5) And Para. (6) From Hg No. 907/2016. These Indicators Represent Physical Elements/Physical Capacities That Indicate The Achievement Of The Investment Objective Target And/Or, As The Case May Be, In Accordance With The Standards, Norms And Technical Regulations In Force: 1. Total Intervention Area = 867,885.52M, Of Which:  Water Mirror Area = 764,618.12M;  Area Of ​​Green Spaces = 45,611.40M;  Total Area Of ​​Promenada Verde (On The Ground And Above Water) = 57,656.00M; 2. Total Length Of The Promenade = 8,409.00M  Length Of Pedestrian Walkways = 231M;  Length Of The Promenade On The Ground = 2,350.00M  Length Of The Promenade Above The Water Level = 5,828.00M
