Task No. 1: Preparation Of A Map For Legal Purposes For A Plot Located In Staszów. Preparation Of A Geodetic Study, The Subject Of Which Will Be A Map For Legal Purposes Together With A Synchronization List And A List Of Land Changes For A Real Estate Located In Staszów, Marked On The Date Of Purchase In A Notarial Deed Of The Rep. A 425/72 Of March 17, 1972 For The Benefit Of The State Treasury As Plot No. 2859/1 With An Area Of 0.5461 Ha. The Preparation Of Surveying Documentation Is Commissioned To Regulate The Legal Status And Assumptions For The Above-Mentioned. Real Estate In The Land And Mortgage Register For The Benefit Of The State Treasury. The Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Quality Standards And Legal Provisions And Should Be The Result Of Geodetic And Cartographic Works Included In The Technical Report Accepted Into The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resources. Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 793), There Are No Activities That Require The Contractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons To Perform The Activities Specified By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Contract Execution.
