The Focus Is On: * Updating The Risk Assessment (Including Climate Surcharge, Driftwood, Entrapment) And Creating A Protective Building Register (Sbk) For The Catchment Area. * Risk Dialogue In Accordance With Planat And The Hydraulic Engineering Specialist Folder For Coordination With Authorities, Those Affected And Specialist Departments. * Variant Study For Flood Protection Measures Taking Into Account Fish Accessibility, Ecological Improvement, Isos/Townscape Protection And Dam Legislation (Bedrock Collectors). * Development Of An Approvable Hydraulic Engineering Plan (Sia Phases 22-33) With An Option For Extension For Tendering, Execution And Commissioning (Sia Phases 41-53). Project Goals: * Security: Protection Of The Population, Infrastructure And Property From Floods, Debris And Driftwood. * Sustainability: Long-Term Functionality Of The Protective Structures And Consideration Of Climate Change. * Ecology: Improving Fish Passage And Ecological Situation. * Eligibility For Approval: Fulfillment Of The Requirements According To The Specialist Folder For Hydraulic Engineering In The Canton Of Bern, Nfa Manual 2025-2028 And The New Hydraulic Engineering Law (Since July 1, 2025). Project Perimeter: Catchment Area Of The Riderbach (3.8 Km²) From The Arch Barriers 14/15 To The Mouth Of Lake Thun, Including Bedload Collectors, Channel Sections And Settlement Areas.
