You are requested to deliver the original and a copy of your Technical & Financial proposals in separate envelopes to the Chairman, Ministry Consultant Procurement Committee, Procurement Division, Ministry of Highways, 7th floor, "Maganeguma Mahamedura", Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha, Koswatta, Battaramulla, on or before 11:00 hrs on 05.08.2026. Late proposals will be rejected. Technical Proposals will be opened soon after the closing, in the presence of the consultants or their representatives who choose to attend.
