The Objective Of The Acquisition Is: Update Of The Feasibility Study, Technical Project, Specifications And Technical Assistance From The Designer During The Execution Of The Works For The Investment Objective Flood Defense Works In The Casimcea Hydrographic Basin, Constanța County, According To The Specifications. The Following Services Will Be Provided: Stage I: - Elaboration Of Technical-Economic Documentation For The Feasibility Study Update Phase And The Necessary Studies (Topographical, Geotechnical, Hydrological Studies, Etc.), In Accordance With Romanian Legislation In Force; - Carrying Out The Technical Expertise For The Existing Works By A Certified Technical Expert In Accordance With Order 2264/2018 For The Field A7, B5; - Elaboration Of The Necessary Documentation To Obtain The Urban Planning Certificate; - Elaboration Of The Documentation Necessary To Obtain The Approvals/Accords Requested In The Urban Planning Certificate; - Elaboration Of The Documentation Requested Within The Environmental Procedure; - Supporting The Technical-Economic Documentation In The Technical-Economic Commissions Of The Dodrogea-Litoral Basin Administration, The Romanian Waters National Administration, The Ministry Of The Environment, Waters And Forests, Interministerial. - Updating The General Estimate, At The Buyers Request, Throughout The Duration Of The Contract; - Technical Documentation Regarding The Expropriation Of Lands Occupied By Works For Reasons Of Public Utility Drawn Up According To Legal Provisions (If Applicable). Stage Ii - Elaboration Of Technical-Economic Documentation Phases P.T.E., D.E., Pac, Pad, Poe And Specialized Technical Verification Of The Project For Each Type Of Work / Specialty; - Field Studies (Topographic, Hydraulic, Geotechnical, Etc.); - Elaboration Of Documentation For Obtaining All The Necessary Approvals/Authorizations, Including The Construction Authorization; - Elaboration Of The General Occupational Health And Safety Plan; - Annual Updating Of The General Budget; - Technical Assistance From The Designer In Decisive Phases And During The Execution Of Construction Works; Stage Iii - During The Period Of Execution Of The Works, The Provider Will Provide Technical Assistance Services In Order To Solve Some Situations Not Foreseen By The Project Or Adaptations Of The Designed Solutions To The Situation In The Field. - The Provider Is Obliged To Draw Up The Documentation That Is Part Of The Technical Book Of The Construction, Including The Technical Execution Project Updated On The Date Of Completion Of The Works - As Built, The Construction Site Provisions, The Minutes Of Hidden Works, The Minutes Of Control In Determining Phases, As Well As Any Other Document Related To The Design And Execution Of The Works According To Art. 15 Paragraph 3 Letter D Of Decision 343/2017 - Regulation Of Reception Of Works Of Constructions And Related Installations.
