Electrical Supplies And Accessories – Supply Of Box Under Sidewalk With C400/P200 Box For The Project Of Reinforcement, Renewal And Creation Of Tunnel Ventilation Works – Program 2026-2029. The Purpose Of This Procurement Notice Is The Supply Of Under-Sidewalk Boxes With C400/P200 Boxes, Relating To The Project Of Reinforcement, Renewal And Creation Of Tunnel Ventilation Works For The Ratp Metro And Rer Networks. This Is A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders On Fixed Prices And Unit Prices Consisting Of A Minimum Amount And A Maximum Amount. The Minimum Amount Is Set At -20% Of The Nominal Amount And The Maximum Amount Is Set At +50% Of The Nominal Amount. The Nominal Amount Corresponds To The Amount For The Supply Of 48 Boxes Under The Sidewalk, Two Assistance Services (Travel, Expertise And Labor) Excluding Supply(S), The Supply Of A Design File With Positive Test Reports For The Load Tests For The Hatch And Waterproofing For The Box + Certificates Of Conformity / Standardization Issued By An Independent Laboratory, The Supply Of An Operating Procedure For The Installation On Site Of The Pre-Wired Box, And The Supply Of A Prototype Box Under The Sidewalk. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is Set At A Maximum Of Seventy-Two (72) Months From The Date Appearing In The Delivery And Service Order (Ols) For The Start Of The Market Or, In The Absence Of Such A Date, From The Start Date Of The First Order Ols. The Initial Duration Of The Contract Is Forty-Eight 48 Months. It Can Be Renewed Twice On The Anniversary Date Of Signature By Tacit Agreement For A Maximum Period Of Twelve (12) Months. The Prescription Of These Services Is Done By Means Of A Delivery And Service Order (Ols) Which Defines The Content, Deadlines And Implementation Constraints.
