Request for proposals for Money Transfer / Branch & Services Procurement Department - AUBMC Proposals must be submitted on or before: 14-July-2026 Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. till 04:00 p.m. A. Purpose: The American University of Beirut Medical Center invites proposals to bid for the following: AUBMC aim to collaborate with a Money transfer company that can provide the services listed in the scope of work (Collection, Cash to business, Payments) B. Scope of Work The Contractor shall establish, operate, and maintain a service point at the entrance of the AUBMC Halim and Aida Daniel Academic and Clinical Center (ACC). The designated premises will be provided by AUBMC under a mutually agreed arrangement, which may include a preferential rental rate or a revenue sharing model. The Contractor shall provide the services of the below: Collection of payments from patients for Medical center dues in Lebanon and Abroad. International and local Money transfer Processes of payments for staff, physicians etc... Cash to business including Governmental and non-governmental services. Exchange currency services All other additional usually provided by the Contractor The contract duration is for Two years renewable at the consent of both parties C. Qualifications: Registered with a commercial circular and holds Ministry of Finance registration number Has BDL licences D. Specifications: Offers service 6 days per week Monday to Friday from 8 A.M. till 6 P.M. Saturday from 8 A.M. till 1 P.M. staff to abide by AUBMCs policies and procedures. Staff to be vaccinated as per AUBMCs requirements as below: Updated immunization record including MMR and Varicella Covid vaccine Result of Hepatitis B serology test (within the last 12 months) showing noninfectious status or immunity Evidence of PPD negative status: Less than 10 mm or previous vaccination with BCG; then a chest X-ray showing negative result of active disease within the last 12 months Flu vaccine is preferred Tender Link : http://www.aubmc.org/patientcare/adm_ser/Pages/Current-Bids.aspx
