(Hereinafter Referred To As Ts), Which Forms The Technical Basis For The Specification Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Project Documentation And The Itemized Budget. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery, Project Preparation, Integration, Assembly, Commissioning And Related Support Of A Comprehensive System Of Active Vod Vehicle Preference In The City Of Nitra At 31 Light-Controlled Intersections And Crossings Specified In The Ts And Project Documentation. Part Of The Performance Mainly Includes Modifications And Additions To Cds Elements, Vod Vehicle – Cds Controller Communication Via V2x, Connection Of Controllers To The Traffic Control Center, Monitoring And Overview Traffic Cameras Including Related Analytics, Optical Junction Boxes, Software Platform, Service And Maintenance Support And Related Design, Engineering And Geodetic Activities Within The Scope Of Technical Management. From A Substantive Point Of View, The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract According To The Ts Mainly Includes: Modifications And Additions To Cds Elements, Including Controllers, Signals, Masts And Detection Of Vehicles, Pedestrians And Cyclists; Vod Vehicle Information System And Obu/Rsu/Ucu Communication Via V2x Including Api Services; Connecting The Affected Controllers To The Traffic Control Center; Monitoring And Overview Traffic Cameras Including Server/Video Wall, Analytics And Related Requirements For Personal Data Protection; Optical Junction Boxes; Software Platform Including Data And Integration Interfaces; Css And Integration Platform Service And Maintenance; Implementation Documentation, Documentation Of Temporary Traffic Markings, Construction Organization Plan, Documentation Of The Actual Execution And Geodetic Works. The Binding Scope Of Resolved Intersections And Crossings Consists Of 31 Locations Listed In The Ts And In The Relevant Parts Of The Project Documentation; This Scope Must Be Identical In The Specification Of The Subject Of The Order, Project Documentation, Itemized Budget And Contract Annexes. The Scope Of The Delivery Of Goods, Induced Construction Modifications And Accompanying Services (Including Support And Maintenance Of The System After Deployment), As Well As The Stages Of Fulfillment, Are Listed In Appendix No. 2 Tender Documents And In Appendix No. 1 Contracts For Work - Specification Of The Subject Of The Contract.
