System And Support Services – Immogis. The Subject Of The Tender Is The Conclusion Of A Support, Maintenance And Development Contract For The Web-Based Geoinformation System “Immogis” Of The State Office For Real Estate Management And Real Estate (Lig) Of The Free And Hanseatic City Of Hamburg. The Order Includes The Holistic Support Of The Individual Immogis Software, In Particular: 3Rd Level Support For The Immogis Individual Software, Maintenance And Care Of The Software (Troubleshooting, Updates, Patches), Continuous Development And Adaptation Of The Application To New Professional And Technical Requirements. The Contractor Provides Its Own Support And Development Environments For This Purpose And Works Closely With The Client (Lig) And The It Service Provider Dataport, Where The Process Is Operated. The Actual Requirements Are Decisive For The Service Calls Under This Contract. There Is No Final Binding Determination Associated With This Needs Estimate, So There Is No (Minimum) Purchase Obligation. Based On Decision C-23/20 Of The European Court Of Justice Of June 17, 2021, The Client Will Request Services From This Framework Contract Up To A Maximum Of 150% Of The Awarded Contract Value. If The Total Maximum Value Is Reached During The Contract Term, The Client Is Entitled To Terminate The Contract Without Notice.
