1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Titled: Thermal Modernization Of The Building At Ul. Poranna 36 In Olsztynek1) Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Order Will Be Performed On The Basis Of The Decision Approving The Architectural And Construction Design And Granting Construction Permit No. Ok/14/2025.2) The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of: Design Documentation Thermal Modernization Of The Building At Ul. Poranna 36 In Olsztynku”, Developed By Usługi Projektowe Andrzej Juszczyk, Ul. Gałczyńskiego No. 15, 11-010 Barczewo, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities (Auxiliary), Swz Arrangements, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards And Construction Practices And The Provisions Of The Contract;2. Scope Of The Order: 2.1 The Scope Of The Works Has Been Divided Into Two Stages And Includes The Execution, In Particular: 1) Stage I (Deadline For Completion By December 4, 2026) - As Part Of Stage I, In Accordance With The Industry Designs And Inspection Of The Work Site, The Following Should Be Performed: A) Preparatory And Demolition Works, Including Securing The Area And Dismantling; B) Necessary External Connections, Including Making Complete Connections To The Building In Accordance With The Documentation, And Other Works Earthworks, Installation Works Provided For In The Implementation Of The Investment Task Covered By The Contract; C) Foundation Insulation Works, Including Insulation Of Basement Walls And Foundations Along With Moisture-Proof Insulation; D) Thermal Insulation Of Partitions, Including The Installation Of Insulation Layers For Above-Ground Walls And Roof Slopes (Without The Final Plaster); E) External Joinery, Including The Replacement Of Windows And External Doors; F) Other Industry Works, Including Works Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract At This Stage Of The Investment Implementation In Accordance With The Construction Art And Order Documents. 2.2 Stage Ii (Within 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract) - As Part Of Stage Ii, All Other Works And Deliveries Should Be Performed Included In The Design Documentation And Which Were Not Performed In The First Stage Of The Contract Implementation, Including In Particular: - The Full Electrical Industry (Including Photovoltaics, Lightning Protection Installation, Monitoring, Power Supply); - The Full Sanitary Industry, Including, Among Others, Heat Pump, Central Heating Installation And Domestic Hot Water;- Façade Finishing, Including The Final Plastering After The Installation Of External Devices;- All Internal Finishing Works And Land Development.3.
