Maintenance Services For Servers/Chassis, Storage Bays, Backup Equipment, And Associated Services For La Poste And The Subsidiaries La Banque Postale, Chronopost And Alturing. : I-Team (Information Systems Department Of La Poste Group), Dsio (Information Systems Department Of The Technical Department Of The Services-Courier-Parcels Branch Of La Poste), Dsiba (Information Systems Department Of La Banque Postale And Insurance), Chronopost And Alturing Wish To Acquire Maintenance Services On (I) Physical And Virtual Servers, (Ii) Storage Systems, (Iii) Equipment Network, (Iv) Virtualization Infrastructures, And (V) Critical Equipment At The End Of Its Life Or Out Of Warranty Of La Poste And The Subsidiaries La Banque Postale, Chronopost And Alturing. The Services Concern (I) Preventive, Progressive And Corrective Maintenance, (Ii) Technical Support And (Iii) Equipment Reinsurance. Maintenance Services Must Be Carried Out On The Following Equipment: Equipment Fleet (Hardware And Firmware/Firmware) On Approximately 360 Sites Of Various Brands (Non-Exhaustive Examples: Dell, Lenovo, Oracle, Hp, Emc, Netapp, Hitachi Vantara, Nutanix Appliances), And Estimated At Approximately 4,600 Machines. It Is Specified That The Equipment May Be Covered By The Following Warranty States: • Under Standard Annual Manufacturer Warranty; • Under Warranty Extension; • Out Of Warranty And Maintained By The Manufacturer; • Out Of Warranty And Maintained By A Third Party Maintainer. The Service Provider Must Have The Professional Qualifications Required For The Programs Specific To Each Manufacturer, Currently Valid, And Authorizing Its Technicians To Act As Third-Party Maintainers On Dell, Hp, Lenovo Equipment. The Service Provider May Be Required To Take Out Reinsurance On Behalf Of La Poste And The Subsidiaries La Banque Postale, Chronopost And Alturing For All Its Current And Future Equipment, In Connection With The Scope Of The Consultation. Associated Services Must Also Be Implemented, Namely: • Reporting And Inventory Services For The Equipment Fleet • Technical Support Services. As Support, The Service Provider Will Provide La Poste With A Unique Personalized Call Number, As Well As Associated Electronic Services Allowing The Submission And Tracking Of Incidents. Technical Support Must Be Provided In French. As Such, The Diagnosis And Resolution Elements Must Be Delivered In French. The Service Providers Technical Support Service Must Operate 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week. • Additional Maintenance Services For The Ibm Power Equipment Fleet; • Consulting Services (Help With Choice, Support In Choosing Equipment Compatible With The Existing Architecture, Etc.); • Hardware Or Software Audit And Expertise Services; • Dispatch Services
