Diesel Fuel – Framework Agreement Relating To The Supply Of Fuels. The Purpose Of This Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement (Maximum 4 Awardees) Is To Supply, Transport And Unload Fuel (Diesel, Sp And B100) To Storage Locations. The Fuels Comply With Environmental Standards And Must Make It Possible To Achieve The Performance Levels Offered By The Different Diesel Engines (Eev), Gasoline, Ethanol, Etc. Holders Must Provide, Under This Framework Agreement, Diesel With A Maximum Sulfur Content Equal To 10 Mg/Kg. This Framework Agreement Defines The Terms Governing The Contracts Awarded On Its Basis, Hereinafter Referred To As Subsequent Contracts. Several Contracting Entities Responsible For Operating Public Transport Networks In The South-West Region Of France Have Decided To Renew Their Fuel Purchasing Group. These Are: - The Toulouse Metropolitan Area Collective Transport Authority Tisseo (Hereinafter, “Tisseo”); - The Haute-Garonne Regional Public Transport Authority (Hereinafter, The “Rrt31”); - The Local Public Company From One Point To Another (Hereinafter, The “Spl From One Point To Another”); - The Régie Des Transports Carcassonne Agglo (Hereinafter, “Rtca”) - And The Régie Régionale Des Transports Publics Occitanie Sud (Hereinafter, “Rrt66”) These Have Once Again Decided To Form A Non-Permanent Order Group, Dedicated To The Purchase Of Fuel (Diesel And Unleaded 95 Fuel) For Their Passenger Transport Networks. The Group Is Governed By The Provisions Of Articles L2113-6 To L2113-8 Of The Public Order Code Tisseo Is The Coordinator Of The Group. Each Member Of The Group Will Be Responsible For Executing The Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of 5 Years From 01/01/2027 Or Its Notification Date If This Is Later. It Is Concluded For A Maximum Total Volume Of 11,938 M3 Over The Total Duration. It Will Be Awarded To A Maximum Of 4 Beneficiaries
