1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Computer Equipment And Teaching Aids As Part Of The Project Entitled: I Want And I Can.2. Source Of Financing: The Ordering Party Informs That The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project I Want And I Can Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For The Łódź Voivodeship 2021-2027, Priority Feld.08 European Funds For Education And Human Resources In The Łódź Voivodeship, Measure Feld.08.07 General Education (Agreement For Co-Financing Of The Project No. Feld.08.07-Iz.00-0108/25-00 Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For The Łódź Region 2021 2027 Of December 15, 2025).3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specifying The Type And Quantity Of The Product Constituting The Subject Of The Order, Is Included In Appendix No. 1 To This Tor.4. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Terms Of Annex No. 5 To The Swz Of The Draft Agreement And Will Bear The Full Risk Of Its Loss Or Damage Until It Is Accepted By The Ordering Party.
