The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of Street Lighting In The Troszyn Commune. The Implementation Of The Task Will Consist In Replacing 88 Existing Fixtures With Sodium And Mercury Light Sources With Energy-Saving Led Fixtures Along With The Necessary Equipment. Place Of Implementation Of The Task And The Number Of Lamps To Be Replaced By Town: - Zamość (Ul.: Juliusza Słowackiego, Ostrowska, Ogrodowa, Truskawkowa, Levelkowa And Polna) - Replacement Of 45 Lamps - Dąbek - Replacement Of 14 Lamps, - Choromany - Replacement Of 17 Lamps, - Dzbenin - Replacement Of 12 Lamps. The Scope Of Works Includes: - Disassembly Of Existing Street Lighting Fixtures Along With Booms, Fuses And Cables (88 Sets), - Installation Of Street Lighting Fixtures, Led Luminaire Max 30W (88 Pcs.) - Installation Of Booms For Lighting Fixtures (88 Pcs.) - Inserting Yky 3X1.5Mm2 Cable (88 Sets Of Approximately 3 M Each) Between The Existing Lighting Line And The Fixture Lighting, - Installation Of An Sv Gf 6A Fuse Holder (88 Sets) With A Slip 12.05 Terminal (Zamość - 90 Pcs., Dąbek - 28 Pcs., Choromany - 34 Pcs. Dzbenin - 24 Pcs.) - Disposal Of Dismantled Materials, Excluding Led Luminaires - Sporadically Occurring In The Above-Mentioned Towns, Which Should Be Handed Over In A Handover Protocol - Acceptance By The Ordering Party, - Control Tests And Measurements In The Field Of Insulation Resistance And Protection Against Electric Shock (If Damaged Cable Insulation Is Detected/Identified, It Should Be Repaired After Prior Notification Of The Need To Perform Additional Works And Documenting And Confirming The Need To Perform Them, Which Does Not Create An Obligation For The Ordering Party To Order Them.). Note: The Contractor Will Dispose Of Materials Subject To Disposal On Its Own, And The Transfer Protocol Will Be Attached To The Acceptance Documentation.
