1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Road In The Town Of Borki Drużbińskie - Stage Ii, Consisting In Improving The Technical Condition And Traffic Safety Standard On The Internal Road Located In The Town Of Borki Drużbińskie On The Section From The Bituminous Surface Of District Road No. 3714E To The End Of The Study In Accordance With The Development Plan Over A Length Of 1,268 M. The Reconstruction Of The Road In Borki Drużbińskie Will Be Carried Out As Part Of The Plot Cadastration No. 1 And 52, Borki Drużbińskie Precinct (Constituting One Section Of The Road) And In The Town Of Drużbin, Within The Cadastral Plot No. 10, Drużbin Precinct, Pęczeniew Commune. The Reconstruction Aims To Bring The Road Section In Question To Technical Parameters Corresponding To A Class D Road. The Planned Project Is Aimed Primarily At Improving Traffic Conditions For Drivers Traveling On The Road In Question And Improving The Comfort Of Movement For Pedestrians And Cyclists. The Basic Scope Of The Investment Consists In Reconstruction Of An Internal Road In Borki Drużbińskie: A) Construction Of The Substructure; B) Construction Of A Bituminous Surface; C) Construction Of Roadsides; D) Construction Of New Vertical Markings. The Scope Of Works Includes: ➢ Preparatory Works; ➢ Earthworks; ➢ Drainage Of The Road; ➢ Culvert Under The Road Crown; ➢ Substructure; ➢ Surface Works Kr1; ➢ Renovation Existing Exit From The District Road;➢ Construction Of Roadsides;➢ Construction Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings;➢ Finishing Works, Including: Carrying Out An As-Built Inventory. The Implementation Of The Investment Will Contribute To Improving The Communication Accessibility Of Agricultural Land And Improve Access To Arable Fields, Which Will Increase The Efficiency Of Agricultural Activities. Technical Parameters Of The Road: The Designed Road Structure Has Technical Parameters In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 24 June 2022 On Technical And Construction Regulations Regarding Public Roads (Journal Of Laws 2022.1518): - Road Category - Internal - Technical Class - D, - Traffic Category - Kr1, - Surface Load - 80 Kn/Person, - Design Speed - V P = 30 Km/H, - Cross-Section - Single Carriageway With One Lane (With Two-Way Traffic Allowed), - Road Width - 3.5 M, - Lane Width - 2X1.75 M, - Roadside Width - 0.25 M, - Transverse Slope: Road - 2.0%, Shoulder - 6.0%, - Longitudinal Grade Line - Adapted To The Current Grade Of The Internal Road. The Entire Investment Does Not Involve The Need To Demolish Residential Buildings.
