1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Planting Of Trees And Shrubs In Selected Green Areas Of The City Of Jasło, Together With The Subsequent Care Of The Planted Plants During The Warranty Period. The Minimum Warranty Period Is 36 Months (Offer Evaluation Criterion). 2. An Additional Element Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly (Installation) Of Decorative Pots With Plantings. 3. The Aim Of The Task Is To Increase The Biologically Active Area And Strengthen The Functions Of The Urban Ecosystem. As Part Of The Task, It Is Planned To Plant Various Species Of Trees And Shrubs That Will Enrich The Urban Space, Improve The Microclimate And Contribute To Reducing The Urban Heat Island. New Plantings Will Increase The Green Area In Urban Space, Improving Air Quality, And By Creating Shaded Places, The Area Will Help Reduce The Temperature On Hot Days, Improving The Quality Of Life Of Residents. 4. Scope Of Work• Marking And Securing The Work Area; • Initial Cleaning Of The Area; • Preparation Of The Ground For Planting, Including Supplementing With Fertile Soil And Supplementing The Missing Grass Surface; • Purchase And Transport Of Planting Material; • Securing And Storing Planting Material; • Planting; • Securing Plantings; • Maintenance Of Plantings; • Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Durable Decorative Flower Pots; • Purchase And Installation Of Protective Grids. Species Of Trees, Shrubs And The Location Of Plantings Are Specified In The Tables Constituting Annexes No. 6 And 7 To The Swz. 5. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery And Planting Of 74 Trees And 613 Shrubs In Selected Green Areas Of The City Of Jasło; 2) Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements: 5 Very Large Spherical Flower Pots And 20 Rectangular Concrete Flower Pots; 3) In Order To Protect Underground Networks Against Overgrowth And Damage By Tree Root Systems, Anti-Root Screens For Trees Should Be Used In Critical Places (E.G. At Ul. 3 Maja, Ul. Baczyńskiego, Slope At Ul. Jagiełły, Ul. Czackiego); 4) To Safely Stabilize Trees In The Ground, Use Wooden Stakes And A Fastening Tape, The Space Between The Halves Lined With A Layer Of Ground Bark Or 5 Cm Thick Wood Chips; 5) After Planting, The Ground Surface Should Be Shaped In A Way That Ensures Water Retention Within The Plant Root Zone. In The Case Of Trees, Watering Basins Should Be Made, And In The Case Of Groups Of Shrubs, The Area Should Be Appropriately Profiled To Limit Water Outflow And Ensure Its Infiltration Into The Root System;6) In The First Two Growing Seasons (After Planting Trees And Shrubs), Trees And Shrubs Should Be Watered With Appropriate Frequency, Adapted To The Current Weather And Climatic Conditions, In Particular Periods Of Drought, High Temperatures And The Type And Humidity Of The Soil. This Is Important To Ensure Proper Establishment Of Plants, Development Of The Root System And Maintaining Good Condition Of Trees;6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order
