1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Maintenance Of Greenery In The Road Lanes Of Urban District Roads In The City Of Wejherowo. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Includes: • Mowing Lawns, Collecting And Removing Cut Grass, Loading Waste Immediately After The Completion Of Work, Transport And Disposal Of Waste. We Would Like To Inform You That In The Period From August 2026 To October 2026 And In The Period From April 2027 To July 2027, One Mowing Should Be Performed Per Month.• Cutting Of Root Suckers And Trunk Suckers At The Height Of The Gauge Should Be Performed In A Total Number Of 100 Pieces, Depending On The Needs To Perform A Given Activity During The Term Of The Contract.• Cutting Of Suckers Around Trees Should Be Performed In A Total Number Of 100 Pieces, Depending On The Needs Of Performing A Given Activity In During The Duration Of The Contract.• Removal Of Dry Branches And Boughs That Pose A Threat To Safety Or That Get In The Way Of Extreme Roads From Tree Crowns Should Be Performed In A Total Number Of 100 Pieces, Depending On The Needs Of Performing A Given Activity During The Duration Of The Contract.• Formative Cutting Of Trees, I.E. Giving Shape Or Maintaining The Existing Shape - Not Less Than Twice During The Duration Of The Contract. Forming Cutting Is Planned For 171 Trees.• Cutting Of Self-Seeded Trees And Shrubs Should Be Carried Out In A Total Number Of 100 Pieces, Depending On The Needs Of Performing A Given Activity During The Duration Of The Contract.• Digging Of Lawns At The Curbs.• Care Of Young Trees By Weeding, Loosening The Soil And Feeding With Fertilizers. • Opalizing And Strapping Young Trees Together With Making Bowls And Mounds - Depending On Needs, No Less Than Twice In The Spring And Autumn Seasons. • Care Of Bushes And Hedges By Removing Weeds And Loosening The Soil, Fertilizing, Spraying, Forming Cuts Of Bushes And Hedges. • Raking Lawns And Green Areas (Especially In Autumn, After The Leaves Have Fallen From The Trees - Applies To The Entire Road) - Depending On Needs. • Removal Of Leaves In The Autumn Period, I.E. In October And November, Will Be Performed At Least Once Every Two Weeks Or Upon Telephone Notification Of The Ordering Party. • Clearing Ditches Of Grass And Bushes. • Disposal Of Waste Generated During The Work - Immediately After Completion Of The Work. • The Intensity Of Work Related To The Care Of Greenery In Road Lanes Should Be Adjusted To Existing Needs In Such A Way As To Ensure A High Standard Of Cleanliness And Aesthetics. • Removal Of Trees, Limbs And Branches After Strong Winds And Unfavorable Weather Conditions. It Is Planned To Remove 15 Pieces Of Wind Debris.• Collecting Pollutants (Including Papers, Foil, Bottles, Cans, Plastic Packaging And Other Garbage) From Green Belts And Roadside Works.
