Hus Is Requesting Your Offer For A Software Service That Manages Hus Apteeks Operational Management, Covering The Areas Of Operation Described In The Appendices. Processes And Information Regarding Hus Apteeks Medication Management Are Configured For The Acquired Software Service. The Software Service Must Be Integrated With The Systems Used By Hus In Its Other Operational Management (E.G. Oracle Fusion Cloud). In The Annexes Of The Tender Request (Annex 0 And Annexes 1: Description Of Current Operations) The Scope Of Current Operations Is Described In Verbal Descriptions By Different Operational Areas. The Purpose Of The Descriptions Is To Acquaint The Provider With The Current Operations Of Hus Apteek. In The Appendices (Appendices 2: Description Of The Target State) The Requirements Set For The Procurement Target Are Described By Operational Area With Different Process Descriptions And Listed Requirements. The Purpose Of This Is To Express To Bidders The Minimum Requirements For Operational Control. In Addition, Goals For The Development Of Current Operations Have Been Described. Our Purpose Is To Replace The Current System With A Software Service (Saas), Which Enables The Development Of Processes And Ensures Qualitatively Stable Operation. Hus Is Looking For A Saas-Based Software Service, Which Must Be Based On Ready-Made Software That Is Already In Production Use And A Solution That Can Be Configured For The Customer. The Project Is Planned In Such A Way That The Software Service Will Be Put Into Use During 2028. The Project Is Started With A Definition Phase, Where The Descriptions Made Are Refined Against The Software Service Offered By The Winning Bidder And Thus It Is Ensured That The Software Service In Question Meets The Set Requirements And Offers A Clear Development Path. In This Definition Phase, The Implementation Project Plan Is Also Refined To Such A Level That The Parties Can Commit To The Implementation Of The Project. The Definition Phase Is Invoiced On A Time-Based Basis, With A Maximum Of 50,000 Euros And A Maximum Duration Of Four Months. In The Appendix, The Description Of The Commissioning Project Explains In More Detail What Must Be Produced In The Definition Phase. After The Definition Phase, Both Parties Have The Option To Abandon The Project If They Wish.
