The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Cleaning And Sanitizing Services For: • Medical Spaces (Salons, Treatment Rooms, Etc.) • Support Spaces (Hallways, Changing Rooms, Warehouses, Etc.) • High Epidemiological Risk Areas • Administrative And Technical Areas • Food Block And Related Spaces (Haccp Regime) Estimated Surfaces: Gomoiu Hospital Surfaces - Total Architectural Reference: Minimum 24,533.50 Sq M - Maximum 25,000.00 Sq.M. Of Which: • Contracted Area (Cleaned By The Provider): Minimum 21,663.50 Sq M - Maximum 22,130.00 Sq M; • Area Excluded From The Contract: 2,871.12 Sq M - Cleaning, Current And Terminal Disinfection Of The Aseptic Areas With Controlled Access (Operating Block - 6 Rooms, Cardiology Operating Block - 4 Rooms, Ati, Ati Cardiology 6 Beds, Pediatric Intensive Care 9 Beds, General Intensive Care 9 Beds) Are Provided Exclusively By The Health Units Own Medical Staff (Nurses, Nurses), According To Spiaam Protocols And Ord. Ms No. 1101/2016. These Areas Are Not Included In The Providers Financial Offer. Areas Specialty Clinic: Minimum 3,500.00 Sq M - Maximum 4,343.40 Sq M. Glazed Surfaces/Interior Windows – Distinct Financial And Operational Position: Minimum 1,808.78 Sq M – Maximum 1,850.00 Sq M. This Heading Only Concerns Internal Glazing And Does Not Include Walls, Doors, External Glazed Facades Or Other Vertical Surfaces. The Minimum Frequency For Sanitizing Glazed Spaces/Interior Windows Is 2 Interventions/Month, According To The Monthly Schedule Approved/Validated By The Purchaser Through Cpiaam/Spiaam, As Well As Whenever Necessary In Case Of Accidental Contamination Or Special Epidemiological Situation. Glazed Surfaces Related To Areas Excluded From The Contract (Operating Block, Ati, Ti And Other Aseptic Areas With Controlled Access) Are Not Subject To The Provision And Are Not Invoiced. The Document Determination Of Vertical Surfaces (Walls, Doors, Windows) Is Kept As An Internal Support Annex; In The Award Documentation, Only The Information On The Interior Windows Is Used.
