It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Consulting Services Within Testing And Tool Support. Kombit Offers A Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Consulting Services Within Test Management, Test Deliveries And Tool Support For Kombits Solutions. The Framework Agreement Must Support Kombits Needs For Planning, Management And Quality Assurance Of Kombits Solutions As Well As Execution Of Test Deliveries, Specialized Test Types, Use Of Relevant Test Tools And Ai-Supported Methods, Where This Is Relevant And In Accordance With Kombits Requirements. The Services Mainly Relate To Large, Complex And Socially Critical It Solutions With Many Integrations, External Dependencies And Collaboration Between Kombit, Development Suppliers And Other Stakeholders. The Framework Agreement Consists Of The Following Two Main Services, Cf. Sub-Annex 1.1. And 1.2: -Services Within Test Management Include E.G. Planning, Management And Quality Assurance Of Test Efforts On Kombits Solutions Carried Out As Part Of Kombits Team And In Collaboration With The Development Supplier And Other Stakeholders. The Services Also Include Planning Deliverables Such As Master Test Plan, Test Plans Per Release Or Iteration, Product Risk Analysis, Review Of Development Suppliers Test Plans And Test Bases As Well As Planning, Estimating And Coordinating Test Resources. Quality Assurance Includes I.A. Review Of Requirements, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria And Test Documentation, Verification Of Entry And Exit Criteria, Supervision Of Test Execution, Independent Assessment Of Misclassification And Ongoing Visibility Of Quality Risks To Kombit. Reporting Must Be Done According To Kombits Templates And In Kombits Shared Tools, So That There Is A Comprehensive And Transparent Quality Picture For The Individual Solution At All Times. -Services Within Test Deliveries And Tool Support Include E.G. Test Preparation, Test Planning And Test Execution From A Risk-Based Approach To Ensure That Kombits Solutions Meet Business, Functional And Non-Functional Requirements. The Deliveries Can E.G. Include System Testing, System Integration Testing, Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, Data Migration Testing, Static Testing, Test Design, Test Cases In Kombits Test Tool And Automated Test Scripts. After Specific Ordering, The Services Can Also Include Specialized Test Types Such As Performance Tests, Security Tests, Disaster Recovery Tests, Usability Tests, Accessibility Tests, Penetration Tests And Tests Of Ai Solutions, Etc. The Services Must Be Supported By Up-To-Date And Suitable Test Tools. Services Within Test Management Are Performed As A Starting Point In Kombits Authoritative Test And Collaboration Platforms, While Specialized Test Deliveries May Involve The Use Of Special Tools. Kombit Intends To Enter Into The Framework Agreement With One Supplier, And Specific Tasks Are Assigned According To The Terms Of The Framework Agreement By Entering Into A Delivery Agreement And Individual Service Orders, So-Called Statement Of Work (Sow).
