Tenders are invited for PID/SKV/DNI1-5 (5 Lots): Construction of distribution network and system stabilization services in 5 DNI areas The Government of Nepal has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Kathmandu Valley Water Supply Improvement Project (Phase 2). Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contracts tabulated below. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible countries of ADB. 2. The Kathmandu Upatyaka Khanepani Limited (KUKL), Project Implementation Directorate (PID) (the "Employer"), invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction and completion of SCADA-enabled urban water supply infrastructure and a one-year system stabilization service in 5 DNI areas (the "Works"). The Works are divided into the following five (05) contracts, grouped under multiple contracts. Bidders have option to bid for any one or more Contracts. If a Bidder submits several successful (lowest evaluated substantially responsive) bids, the evaluation will also include an assessment of the Bidders capacity to meet the aggregated requirements for Average Annual Construction Turnover and Financial Resources as presented in the bid. 5.
