Electrical Wiring And Fitting Work – Framework Agreement Relating To The Carrying Out Of Electrical Work Cfo/Cfa - Lot N°2: Complex Projects And Works. This Framework Agreement Concerns The Carrying Out Of Cfo/Cfa Electrical Work As Part Of Complex Projects And Works (Lot No. 2) For Needs Located On The Cea/Grenoble Site. In Accordance With Articles L.2113-10 And R.2113-1 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Same Economic Operator May Bid For All Lots But Cannot Hold Both Lots. When The Implementation Of The Award Criteria Would Lead To Two Lots Being Awarded To The Same Bidder, The Economic Operator Awarded Lot No. 1 Cannot Be Awarded Lot No. 2. The Two Other Highest Ranked Bidders For Lot No. 2 Will Then Be Designated As Winners Of The Aforementioned Lot. The Work Carried Out By The Contractor Concerns Global And Complex Operations. They Thus Concern Low Current Work (Telephony, It For Example) And High Current Without Power Limitation, Including High Voltage (Hta) Up To 20 Kv. In Addition, This Work Is Part Of Multi-Sector Operations, On A Closed Site Or On A Specific Prevention Plan. The Work Is Carried Out On The Cea/Grenoble Site. The Holder May Be Required To Work In All Buildings Or Installations Owned By Cea/Grenoble, In Particular In Laboratories, Workshops, Tertiary Buildings, Industrial Premises And The Electrical Infrastructure Of Cea/Grenoble. This Is A Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement. The Number Of Holders Selected Is Set At 2. The Framework Agreement To Be Awarded Is Implemented By The Conclusion Of Subsequent Contracts, In Accordance With Articles R.2162-1 To R.2162-10 Of The Public Procurement Code.
