Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Total Consultancy Services For Aalborg University. This Tender Relates To A Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Total Consultancy Services, Including The Supply Of Planning And Overall Project Material For Construction Projects At Aau. The Services Include Relevant Phases As Well As Project Management, Coordination And Authority Management. As A Starting Point, The Following Guidelines Apply To Aaus Procurement Of Total Consultant Services: Projects That Are Estimated To Have A Value Of Up To Dkk 450,000: - The Framework Agreement Is Used For Direct Allocation To The Primary Consultant Projects That Are Estimated To Have A Value Of Dkk 450,000-1,200,000: - The Framework Agreement Is Used For Direct Allocation To The Primary Consultant And, Alternatively, When Mini-Tenders Are Held Between Primary And Secondary Consultants. Aau Endeavors That Mini Tenders Are Used For Projects Where There Is A Real Potential To Achieve A Better Solution Through Competition, Including Particularly For Tasks With High Complexity, Significant Project Risk Or A Need For Alternative Solutions. The Template In Appendix 3G Is Used For Mini Tenders. Projects That Are Estimated To Have A Value Of Over Dkk 1,200,000 - Aau Decides In Each Individual Case Whether A Mini-Tender Is To Be Carried Out In Accordance With Annex 3G Or Annex 3H, Or Another Procedure Is To Be Carried Out Instead, E.G. Solicitation Of Tenders Or Eu Tenders. The Up To Two Advisers Who Win The Tender Will Be Prioritized And Awarded A Framework Agreement Based On The Outcome Of The Tender, Which Is Why There Will Be A Primary Adviser And A Secondary Adviser. Orders In Accordance With The Framework Agreement Are Generally Made With The Primary Adviser, But Orders With The Secondary Adviser May Become Relevant In The Situations Mentioned In Point 3.2 Of The Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement Is Not Binding As Far As The Ordering Of Services Is Concerned, As The Services Can Exceptionally Be Purchased Outside The Framework Agreement If, Due To Concrete Circumstances, It Is Most Appropriate To Use Another Supplier. Aau Can Also Use The Concluded Framework Agreement Regarding Total Consultancy Services For The Copenhagen Campus, If This Is Deemed Relevant In The Specific Case. This Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement, Which Means That The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement Does Not In Itself Constitute An Order For Specific Services, But Aau Can Order Services On The Terms Stipulated In The Framework Agreement When The Need Arises During The Contract Period. The Framework Agreement Covers Both Major Projects And Minor Operating Tasks. Operational Tasks Include, Among Other Things Technical Sparring, Troubleshooting, Minor Renovations And Optimization Of Indoor Climate And Facilities. The Detailed Requirements For The Performance Of The Service Can Be Seen From The Terms Of Agreement Available In The Tender Materials, Incl. Attachment. The Framework Agreement Has An Average Annual Value Of Approximately Dkk 6,500,000 Million. The Maximum Value Of The Overall Framework Agreement Is Set At Dkk 36,400,000 Based On The Consideration That Aau Is Faced With Ongoing Development And Projects Of A Larger Scale, For Which The Tendered Consultancy Services Are Required.
