The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Promotional Backpacks For The Project Balticgrow - Cross-Border Innovation For Sustainable Rooftop Ecosystems In The South Baltic Region, Co-Financed By The Interreg South Baltic Program 2021-2027, For The Faculty Of Mechanical And Shipbuilding Engineering Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology 1. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: A) Transport Of The Subject Of The Contract To The Place Designated By The Ordering Party And Its Insurance Until It Is Collected By The Ordering Party Without Any Reservations. B) The Subject Of The Contract Meets The Technical Parameters And Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. C) The Subject Of The Contract Delivered To The Ordering Party Is Brand New, Free From Legal And Physical Defects And Ready For Use, Without The Need To Make Additional Purchases, And Is Not Subject To Any Third Party Rights. D) The Ordering Party Requires A Warranty Of No Less Than 24 Months. E) If The Contractor Proposes A Shorter Warranty Period, The Offer Will Be Rejected As Not Meeting The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz
