Repair And Maintenance Services Of Security And Defense Materials – Removal Of Failures And Inspection Of Hydraulic Units And Installations Of The Zph Kłodnica Lock, Zph Łabędy Lock And Zph Stopień Wodny Koźle. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of The Service Entitled: Fault Removal And Inspection Of Hydraulic Units And Installations Of The Zph Kłodnica Lock, Zph Łabędy Lock And Zph Koźle Water Stage, Within Which It Will Perform: 1) Service Inspection; 2) Diagnostic Work (Also: Diagnostics, Emergency Work) - Under Option Law; On The Premises Of The Hydrotechnical Facilities Of The Catchment Management Board In Gliwice, I.E. Zph Łabędy Lock, Zph Kłodnica Lock, Zph Stopnia Wodnego Koźle (Hereinafter: Hydrotechnical Facilities, Oh). The Aim Of The Task Is To Maintain The Above-Mentioned Hydraulic Drives In Full Working Order. The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Works Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter: Opz), Bill Of Quantities And The Contract Template. 2. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: 1) Properly Perform The Service Within The Scope Indicated In The Opz, Bill Of Quantities And The Contract Template, Without Any Defects, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge For This Type Of Services, Established By The Relevant Legal Acts In Force On The Date Of Its Issue To The Ordering Party, While Maintaining Due Diligence Required In Relations Of This Type From Entities Professionally Performing Technical Studies, Taking Into Account The Professional Nature Of The Activity Conducted By The Contractor; 2) The Use Of Optimal Design, Material And Cost Solutions In Order To Obtain Modern And Appropriate Standards For This Type Of Task, Including The Use In Design Solutions Of Construction Products (Materials And Devices) Approved For Trading And General Use, Taking Into Account The Specificity Of The Task To Which They Concern; 3) Performance Of The Service Using Materials, Components And Devices Approved For Trading And Having The Certificates And Approvals Required By Law, Brand New, Original, Not Regenerated And Complete With Performance And Functional Parameters At Least The Same Or Higher Than The Replaced Elements; 4) Ensuring All Conditions And Means, Including Means Of Transport And Communication Required To Perform The Contractors Obligations In Connection With The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order; 5) Performance Of The Service Taking Into Account Applicable Regulations, Occupational Health And Safety Standards, Professional Knowledge And With The Utmost Care; 6) Storing All Equipment And Removing Unnecessary Materials, Waste And Garbage In A Way That Ensures Order In The Hydrotechnical Facilities Covered By The Order; 7) Compliance With The Provisions Of The Contract 3. The Contractor Declares That He Has The Resources Enabling The Proper And Timely Performance Of The Service In Accordance With: 1) The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Contract And Its Annexes; 2) Applicable Regulations And Standards; 3) The Art, Technical Knowledge And Applicable Technology Required For Work Of This Type.
