The Subject Of The Tender Is The Functional, Technical And Design New Implementation Or Reconstruction Of The Existing Platform Landscape As Well As The Creation Of New And Changed Content, Representations, Functions And Processes Based On The Requirements Presented Here As Well As Other Technical Requirements, Descriptions, Reference Views, Process Specifications From The Client And Coordination With The Client. The Previous Source Code Of The Existing Platform Will Not Be Made Available To The Contractor For Licensing Reasons. The Contractor Must Therefore Recreate The Platform Independently.
