Tenders are invited for Auction of Lighting Poles & Equipment-Metal Scrap-Fiberoptic Cables, Location: MM Labor Camp at Quraiyat Those wishing to enter the auction must pay a fee and its amount (4 OMR ) four Omani rials) which are not refundable, and an amount of (500 OMR) (five hundred Omani rials) as a temporary deposit to participate in the auction (refundable). The payment shall be done electronically to Muscat Municipalitys representative on the auction day at site. The person who wins the auction is obligated to pay the full price of the items if they were awarded to him plus 5% as value added tax, and the brokerage fees by (=/ 3% OMR ) of the total amount of the items. The payment shall be done electronically to Muscat Municipalitys representative on the auction day at site. The buyer is obligated to transfer the items that have been awarded to him after paying their full value within a period not exceeding two weeks from the date of purchase. In the event of delay, a daily penalty of (=/50 OMR) shall be imposed for each day, but not exceeding one month.
