1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Brand New 4 (Four) Tankers For Transporting Drinking Water On Trailers Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annexes No. 3 (Designed Provisions Of The Contract) And 4 (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract) To Swz.3. The Contractor Should Provide The Ordering Party With At Least A 24-Month Warranty For The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Order Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Contractual Provisions. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Indicates That It Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts Because The Subject Matter Of The Order Covers One Type Of Delivery. Splitting The Order Would Increase The Costs Of Order Execution. The Value Of The Order Does Not Exceed The Eu Threshold For The Application Of The Public Procurement Law, And The Terms Of The Order Are Set At A Minimum Level. The Order Is Therefore Fully Accessible To Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises.5. If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2) And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.
