Tenders are invited for Supply Portable Solar Lamps Closing Date: Wednesday, 15. Jul 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Infrastructure & Services Rehabilitation Duration of Contract: Detailed timeline per deliverable to be agreed upon with the consultant. Oxfam also works with local partners to contribute to the protection and empowerment of marginalized women and men. SPECIFICATION OF SERVICES REQUIRED Oxfam is seeking a supplier to provide high quality portable, heavy-duty, efficient, rechargeable solar lamps. The item should be available in Lebanon. Supplier should have the capacity to supply the items within 2 weeks Oxfam has the right to return to the supplier any solar lamp not functioning normally Oxfam has the right to increase or decrease quantities at the same unit cost. 2.2. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS The supplier should submit: Sample(s) Catalogs, or brochures. Technical datasheet for the solar lamp. Certificates (if available) Copies of the original documents that indicated the establishment or the legal status and registration of the supplier. TIMEFRAME AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE All the lamps shall be submitted within 3 weeks. 100% after delivery of official signed and delivery of the items.
