The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task: Construction Of Świerkowa Street In Różyny. Construction Works Include The Reconstruction Of An Internal Municipal Road Consisting In The Construction Of A Hard Improved Surface Structure Made Of Yomb Boards Along Świerkowa Street In Różyny, Along With The Regulation And Hardening Of Existing Exits With Concrete Blocks. The Scope Of The Task Includes: Construction Of The Road Surface Structure Of Świerkowa Street On The Section From Kwiatowa Street To Chabrowa Street, Construction Of A Ground Shoulder Made Of Aggregate, Hardening And Height Regulation Of Individual Exits Adjacent To The Street In Plot Numbers; 204/3 And 204/16, Różyna District. Additional Tasks To Be Performed As Part Of The Order: 1) As Part Of The Task, It Is Necessary To Additionally Make And Install 1 (1 Pc.) Information Board With Dimensions: 120 Cm X 80 Cm, Made Of Durable Material, E.G. Galvanized Sheet Metal, With A Colorful Print Protected With A Uv Filter Foil, Mounted On Two Steel Posts, Galvanized. The Lower Edge Of The Board Is Approximately 130 Cm Above Ground Level. The Pattern Of The Information Board And The Location Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party.2) The Existing Devices Should Be Adjusted - Valve Housings, Inlets, Hydrants, Water Supply Valves And Well Manholes, Both Those Located In The Road Surface And Exits, As Well As In The Roadsides And Green Areas, Which Are Within The Scope Of This Study; The Occurrence Of An Additional Network Of Utilities, Not Inventoried On The Map, And The Location Of Existing Networks Are Not Excluded. In A Different Place Than Shown On The Map (Local Shifts). In The Event Of Damage To The Existing Network, Work Should Be Stopped Immediately, Leave The Work Zone And Call The Network Administrator And Other Services (Depending On The Situation);3) The Height Of The Designed Surfaces Should Be Adjusted To The Surface Of The Existing Roads, Exits And Accesses To Gates;4) After Completion Of The Works, Cleaning Of Wells And Sanitary Sewage Pipelines Of The Reconstructed Streets Should Be Carried Out, As Well As Tv Inspection With A Camera With A Slope Measurement Sensor. After Cleaning The Network, The Tv Inspection Report, Together With The Cd, Should Be Attached To The Acceptance Documentation; 5) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Use Of Aggregates Other Than Those Described In The Design Documentation In The Main Sub-Base Of The Exits And In The Auxiliary Sub-Base Of The Road Structure - Sm Crushed Aggregates Obtained By Crushing Solid Rocks. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Interchangeable Use Of Recycled Materials With Certificates And Tests Allowing Their Use In Road Construction.6) During The Works, Access To All Properties Within The Scope Of The Works Must Be Ensured, In Particular For Municipal Vehicles And Emergency Services.
