The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation In The Field Of Construction Documentation For All Industries, Together With The Preparation Of Documentation For Obtaining A Building Permit Requested By The Ordering Party, And The Implementation On Its Basis Of: 1. Construction Of A Warehouse Building For The Needs Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense At Ul. Stawowa In Korfatów (Plot No. 841) The Facility With A Warehouse Function Is To Be Used To Store Equipment And Material Resources Necessary To Carry Out Civil Protection And Civil Defense Tasks For The Korfonów Commune. It Will Be A Single-Story Building With A Steel Frame Structure And Curtain Walls Made Of Sandwich Panels. The Ordering Party Expects That The Facility Under Construction Will Have The Following Parameters: • Width: Min. 10 M; • Length: Min. 20 M; • Wall Height: Min. 5 M; • Frame Spacing: Every 5 M; • Gable Roof Inclination Angle: 15 Degrees; • Building Area: Min. 200 M² (A Difference Of Up To +5% Is Allowed Provided That The Minimum Side Dimensions Are Maintained); • Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Structure; • Foundation On A Foundation Slab With A 30 Cm Plinth; • A Building Not Intended For Permanent Work Of People - Temporary Stay Is Assumed; • Sectional Gate With Door And Glazing - 1 Piece, Lifted Along The Roof Slope, Insulated, Dimensions Min. 4.0 X 4.10 M; • No Rooflights; • Metal Shelf Racks With A Height Of 2000 Mm And A Shelf Load Of Up To 100 Kg Will Be Installed In The Warehouse Building (3 Pcs./Min. 15 M Total Length); • Inside The Building, There Should Be A Separate Social And Living Room With An Area Of ​​Min. 18 M² (The Room Should Be Heated With Electric Heaters, Including The Bathroom). Requirements Regarding The Installation And Thermal Conditions Of The Facility: • The Building Is Not Permanently Heated, But Designed And Constructed So That The Temperature Inside Does Not Fall Below 0°C In Winter And Does Not Exceed 25°C In Summer. • In Order To Ensure The Above Temperatures, Sandwich Panels (Roof And Wall) With Appropriately Selected And Calculated Insulation Thickness Should Be Used And The Installation Of 2 Electric Heaters With A Power Of Min. 15 Kw Each (With Thermostat, 400V). • Electrical Installations (External And Internal) – Power Supply From The Sewage Treatment Plant Building; • Installation Of Mechanical Ventilation In The Form Of Supply/Exhaust Fans; • Rainwater Drainage System Connected To The Existing Installation Within The Designed Facility; • Water Connection From The Existing 110 Mm Line Running Through The Plot And Domestic Water Installation To The Social Room; • Installation Of A Sanitary Sewage System With Sewage Discharge To A Septic Tank With A Capacity Of Min. 5 M³. 2.
