Work Detail

The Subject Of The Public Order Is Construction Work Consisting In The Implementation Of Water Connections In The Town Of Bílé Podolí, The Local Part Of Zaříčany And Lovčice, Including Connection To The Newly Built Water Supply Line, Installation Of Water Measuring Shafts And Related Earthworks And Construction Works. The Detailed Technical Solution, The Scope Of Work, The Lengths Of The Connections And The Location Of Individual Elements Are Specified In The Project Documentation, Which Forms An Integral Part Of The Tender Documentation. The Provision Of Supplier Credit Is Also Part Of The Subject Of The Public Contract. During The Execution Of The Work, The Client Will Pay The Price Of The Work On An Ongoing Basis Up To The Amount Specified In The Contract For The Work. The Remaining Unpaid Part Of The Price Of The Work Will Represent The Drawdown Of The Supply Credit Provided By The Supplier, And After The Completion And Handover Of The Work, This Part Will Be Repaid By The Client In Regular Monthly Installments Under The Conditions Set Out In The Contract For The Work. At The Same Time, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Use The Supply Credit In Whole Or In Part. The Detailed Commercial And Financial Conditions Of The Supplier Credit Are Regulated In The Contract For The Work.
