Refuse Skips – Procurement Of Container Infrastructure For Underground Containers (Ufc) For Waste. Erz Provides Underground Containers For Waste Disposal In The City Of Zurich, Installs Them, Maintains Them And Replaces Them. The Basis For This Is Article 16 Of The Ordinance For Waste Management In The City Of Zurich (Vaz). In The City Of Zurich, Only The “Zurich Model” Underground Container (Ufc) Is Used To Dispose Of Waste From Households Or Companies. Types A To C Were Previously Developed In Collaboration With Various Manufacturers And Service Departments Of The City Of Zurich And Improved Up To Todays Type D. The Construction Plans Of Type D, As Well As All Rights For Further Use, Are The Property Of Erz And May Not Be Used Or Passed On To Third Parties Without Erzs Prior Approval. There Are 545 Ufc In Operation On Private Property (Pg) Today, And By The End Of 2026 There Will Be Around 571 Ufc. In The Years 2027 To 2030, An Average Of 21 New Ufcs Will Once Again Be Put Into Operation Each Year, Meaning That An Additional 84 New Ufcs Are Expected To Be In Operation On Private Property By The End Of 2030. With This Submission, Erz Is Looking For A Bidder Who Is Able To Produce These Approximately 84 New Ufc Type D, According To The Construction Plans Provided By Erz, Between January 1St, 2027 And December 31St, 2030, Deliver Them To Locations Specified By Erz In The City Of Zurich And Place Them In The Prepared Construction Pits (Installation Without Civil Engineering Services) And Put Them Into Operation. Publication Of The Construction Plans And Digital Data: After Checking The Submission Documents, Interested Bidders Can Submit A Written Request To Thomas.Stuessi@Zuerich.Ch For The Handing Over Of The Construction Plans And Digital Data. Erz Will Send The Offeror A Confidentiality Declaration. After Receiving The Confidentiality Agreement Signed By The Offeror, Erz Will Make The Construction Plans Available For Review And As A Basis For Submitting An Offer
