Prior Information Notice For Construction Work – Ve7501 Fire Extinguishing Systems Sprinkler. Fraport Ag Intends To Fundamentally Technically Renovate Terminal 2 (T2) In The Coming Years. The Terminal Is To Be Given A New Life Cycle As Part Of The Technical Renovation. The Aim Of The Renovation Is To Eliminate All Risks Of Technical Operation And To Fully Meet Building Regulations, Fire Protection And Occupational Safety Requirements, Including Energy Optimization In The Following Years After The Building Has Been Used Again. The Renovation Of T2 Is Also Intended To Functionally Optimize The Terminal Facility In Order To Be Able To Integrate The Facility Into The Hub System Of The Lufthansa Group And The Star Alliance. As Part Of A Preliminary Investigation By Ifm/Zim, Various Measures Were Identified With A Focus On The Renovation Of The T2 In Order To Ensure Operational Safety And Operation In Accordance With Building Permit Law, Including Fire Protection. The Focus Of The Construction Work Is On The Technical Building Equipment. The Renovation Included, Among Other Things: The Following Trades Have Been Identified: Water, Wastewater, Heat/Cold, Air Conditioning/Smoke Extraction, General And Safety Power Supply, Bma And Ela, Driving Systems, Sprinklers And Other Fire Extinguishing Systems, Ga, Other Trades. It Is Planned To Begin Carrying Out Individual Preliminary Measures From 2027. The Main Renovation And Conversion Work Is Expected To Be Carried Out Between The Beginning Of 2030 And The End Of 2033. During This Period, The T2 Will Be Temporarily Taken Out Of Operational Use For Passenger Operations. Individual Partial Services Are To Be Provided Subsequently Until 2034. In Accordance With Building Regulations, The T2 Remains In Operation. Other Functions Will Remain In Use During The Construction Work (E.G. The Station Of The Passenger Transport System (Pts) T2 As A Transfer Station, Baggage Handling Areas And Baggage Conveyor Systems, Areas For Aircraft Handling With Operations Management, Parking Facilities T2). The Subject Of This Tender And This Lot Are Services For The Ve7501 Fire Extinguishing System Sprinkler With, Among Other Things, The Following Service Areas: For Relevant Trades (Delete If Necessary): Subproject 07 (Tp07) Preliminary Measure 05 (Vm05), Fire Extinguishing Systems Dismantling, Disposal And Delivery, Assembly Of Approx. 2 Sprinkler Main Centers Including Sprinkler Bmz In The 4Th Basement In The Buildings Ge150 And Ge151, Delivery And Installation Of Approx. 22 Sprinkler Sub-Centres Including Sprinkler Bmz In The 4Th Basement, Delivery And Installation Of Sprinkler Bmz In Approx. 3 Existing Sprinkler Sub-Centres (2X Underground Car Park, 1X Personal Transport System Pts) In The 4Th Basement, New Installation Of Sprinkler Bmz Display Panels In The Approx. 10 Feis Rooms (Fire Brigade Initial Information Point) On The 1St Floor, New Ring Line To Connect The Two Main Sprinkler Centers With The Approx. 25 Sprinkler Sub-Centers And For Redundancy Purposes For Accidents And Maintenance
