Bids Are invited for Bill Of Quantity Item1 - Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Approved Make Minimum 11 Tr Air-Cooled Type Ductable Air-Conditioning Unit With Corded Remote As Per Specifications, Terms And Conditions And The Scope Of Work Detailed In Tender Part-I. The Rates Shall Include Supply And Fixing Of New Canvas Connection Including Alteration / Modification / Addition In Existing Ducting / Plenum To Make It Suitable For Installing New A.C. Units, Labor, Transport, Insurance For Transit, Storage, Workman Compensation & 3Rd Party Liability, Erection And Contractor All Risk As Indicated In Specification And Tender Terms And Conditions. The Work Shall Also Include Any Alteration / Modification / Repair Of The Existing Trap Doors Suitable For Maintenance Of The Indoor Unit. , Item2 - Sitc Of 40Mm Upvc Pipe With Insulation, U-Trap And All Accessories For Drain Pipeline From Indoor Units (04 Nos.) To Nearest Drainpipe Available At Site. , Item3 - Sitc Of Suitable Size And As Per Oem Recommendation Copper Refrigerant Piping (Supply And Return Pipe Set) From Each Unit Indoor To Respective Outdoor With Proper Support At Each 0.5 Mtrs Distance As Specified In Tender Part I. , Item4 - Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Floor Mounting Ms Bracket To Be Installed On Terrace For Outdoor Units. The Frame Shall Be Fabricated By Suitable Size Heavy Gauge Ms Angle Not Less Than 5 Mm Thick Duly Painted With Synthetic Enamel Paint Over A Coat Of Epoxy Primer. Also, Suitable Size Hanging Arrangement For Indoor Units From True Ceiling/Side Wall With Required Size Of Threaded Rods & Sitc Of Supporting Ms Angle Frame Work At The Bottom Of Each Indoor Unit As Specified In Tender Part I , Item5 - Sitc Of Control Cabling From Each Indoor Unit To Respective Outdoor Unit Of Required Size As Specified By Oem.
