The Hus Corporation Is Requesting Bids For The Combined Quality Control Device For The Cyclotron Unit Of The Hus Diagnostic Center. The Combined Device Included In The Acquisition Includes Two Radioactivity Detectors, One Of Which Is Part Of The Thin Plate Chromatography Measurement Equipment (Tlc) And The Other Detector Is Integrated Into The Radioactivity Detector (Hplc) Of The Existing Hplc Equipment. The Quality Control Combined Equipment Will Be Connected To Agilents 1260 Infinity Ii Hplc Equipment Acquired In 2021. The Combined Device Has One Amplifier Module, Which Is Used To Control Both Detectors. The Data Produced By The Detectors Is Analyzed With The Control Software Provided By The Manufacturer Of The Combined Device. In Addition, The Control Program Must Be Able To Control Agilents 1260 Infinity Ii Hplc Equipment And Produce Data. The Quality Control Software Used In Radiopharmaceutical Manufacturing Must Be Compatible With Eu Gmp Annex 11 Requirements. When Purchasing Radioactivity Detectors, Emphasis Is Placed On The Measuring Properties Of The Detectors, Especially Their Sensitivity In Measuring Different Radionuclides. Here, Emphasis Is Given To Sipm Radioactivity Detectors Representing The New Generation Detector Technology Instead Of The Older Generation Photomultiplier Tube Detectors, Because Sipm Detectors Are More Sensitive In Terms Of Measurement Efficiency, Require Less Radioactive Sample To Be Measured And Thus Support The Alara Principle Of Radiation Protection. In Addition, As An Option, The Customer Requests A Price For A Combined Device With An Hplc Radioactivity Detector, Multichannel Analyzer And Thin Plate Chromatography Measuring Equipment. The Customer Reserves The Right To Decide On The Implementation Of Possible Options Separately. This Is A Total Procurement, I.E. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts. Hus Selects One (1) Supplier As A Contract Partner. The Equipment Contract Is Valid Until The Warranty Period For The Equipment Purchased Based On The Contract Has Expired And The Parties Have Fulfilled Their Contractual Obligations. An Option Is Reserved For The Possibility To Enter Into A Maintenance Contract For The Equipment After The Warranty Period Has Expired. The Customer Decides Whether To Enter Into A Possible Maintenance Contract Separately. The Object Of The Procurement And Its Requirements Are Described In Detail In The Request For Tender. This Is An Investment Procurement, So The Tenderer Must Commit To Deliver The Equipment During 2026.
