Construction Work Related To The Removal Of The Original Roof Structure, The Realization Of A New Mansard Roof With The Overall Use Of The Attic Space. Stage No. 2. Implementation Of Construction Modifications Inside The Building - Dehumidification Of The Spaces Of The 1St Above-Ground Floor, Implementation Of New Sewerage And Water Distribution Systems, Implementation Of Remedial Plastering Of The Walls Of The 1St Floor, Modification Of The Original Well Heads, Etc. Stage No. 3 Will Concern Construction Modifications Inside The Building. A New Heating System Will Be Implemented In The Entire Building, New Zi Distributions Will Be Implemented - Water And Sewage. The Original Ventilation System Will Be Completely Removed And Replaced With A New System For Ventilation Of School Facilities, Including A System For Recuperation Of The Supplied Air, The Building Will Be Equipped With An Elevator. The Subject Of Performance Will Be Drawn Up On The Basis Of The Project Documentation, Which Is Part Of The Tender Documentation.
