The Subject Of The Order Is: Reconstruction Of Ul. The Old Forge In Grojec. The Reconstruction Involves Securing The Slope With Sheet Piling Walls - Larsens And Constructing Concrete Curbs, Making A Base Of Crushed Aggregates, And Laying A Surface Made Of Mineral-Bituminous Mixtures. 1) The Ordering Party Requires That All Materials And Devices Used By The Contractor To Implement The Subject Of The Order Are Brand New And Have Approvals, Certificates And Certificates Of Approval For Use In Poland. The Technical Parameters Of The Devices Planned To Be Installed, The Selected Colors And The Type Of Materials Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party Before Use. 2) In Addition To The Above-Mentioned Scope Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Provide, On The Day Of Signing The Contract, A Declaration Of A Person With Construction Qualifications To Manage Construction Works, On Accepting The Obligation To Manage Construction, A Certificate Of Entry On The List Of Members Of The Relevant Chamber Of Professional Self-Government Together With A Certified Copy Of The Qualifications Held, And A Declaration Confirming The Preparation Of A Safety And Health Protection Plan; B) Providing Geodetic Services To The Extent Necessary To Perform The Task, Such As: Staking, Ongoing Service During The Investment Implementation And Carrying Out An As-Built Geodetic Inventory With The Results Transferred To Geodetic Resources; C) Commissioning Specialized Units To Supervise The Existing Infrastructure In The Collision Areas And Implement Any Additional Security Measures Recommended By The Owners Or Users Of The Infrastructure; D) Preparing A Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of The Works, Along With Obtaining The Required Approvals, And, Based On This Project, Changing The Signage For The Period Of The Works; E) If Necessary, Developing The Necessary Conditions Or Arrangements For Carrying Out The Works; F) Ensuring, At Its Own Expense And Through Its Own Efforts, The Utilities Necessary To Perform The Order, G) Securing The Works In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, H) Implementing And Maintaining Security Of The Works And The Construction Site Against Access By Third Parties During The Execution Of The Works; I) Carrying Out Tests And Examinations In Accordance With The Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works; J) Preparation Of The Acceptance Report In One Copy; 3) Waste Generated During The Works, Such As Rubble, Garbage, Etc., Will Be Stored On The Construction Site On An Ongoing Basis In Specially Designated Containers, And Then Transported And Disposed Of On Its Own In Designated Places. 4) Demolition Materials Suitable For Re-Incorporation Are The Property Of The Ordering Party And May Be Used By The Contractor To Perform The Works Or Will Be Transported To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. 2.
