The Characteristics Of The Purchased Services, The Preliminary Quantities Of The Services, Which Are Not Maximum In This Purchase And Are Intended Only For The Evaluation And Comparison Of Offers, And Other Requirements Are Specified In Annex 1 Of The Purchase Conditions Technical Specification.
