In 10/2023 Incl. Valid Building Permit, Which Forms Annex No. 1 Of This Procurement Documentation. The Subject Of The Construction Plan Is The Comprehensive Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Main High-Rise Building U2 In The Range Of 2Nd Floor - 5Th Floor, Including Structural And Layout Modifications Of The Building In Relation To The Specific Needs Of The Faculty Of Management And Economics Of The Tomáš Bata University In Zlín, The Replacement Of All The Buildings Technological Equipment And The Supply Of New Interior And Other Equipment. The Total Future Investment Costs Of The Building Project Are Calculated At 180 Million Czk Without Vat.
