Brzozowa 7, In The Scope Of: 1) Water Rescue Services Of The Indoor Swimming Pool, Which Includes: A) Swimming Pool With Six Swimming Lanes - Dimensions: 25X12.5 M, Depth: 1.3 - 1.8 M.B) Recreational Swimming Pool With Water Attractions - Irregular Shape, Water Surface Area: 160 M2, Depth: 0.95 - 1.20 M.C) Paddling Pool For Children - Water Surface Area: 25.4 M2, Depth: 0.3 M.D) Two Hydromassage Bathtubs - Water Surface Area: 2X2.46 M2, Depth: 1 M.E) Two Slides, 65 M And 58 M Long, With Braking Bathtubs, 0.30 - 0.40 M Deep.2) Water Rescue Services Summer Aquapark, Which Includes: A) Swimming Pool With Five Swimming Lanes - Dimensions: 25X12.5 M, Water Surface Area: 312.75 M2, Depth: 1.35 - 1.80 M.B) Recreational Pool With A Slide And Water Attractions - Water Surface Area: 550 M2, Depth: 1.25 M.C) Paddling Pool For Children - Water Surface Area: 63.61 M2, Depth: 0.15 M.D) Shallow Basin For The Youngest Children - Water Surface Area: 127.29 M2, Depth: 0.15 M.2. The Services Will Be Provided Only By Lifeguards With Valid And Required Qualifications And At The Contractors Disposal.3. The Detailed Scope Of Duties And Services To Be Performed By The Contractor Is Specified In The Contract Template With Annexes Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.4. Legal Provisions Regarding The Service Provided: The Service Will Be Provided In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular The Act Of August 18, 2011 On The Safety Of Persons Staying In Water Areas And The Implementing Regulations To This Act5. The Order Is To Be Executed With Due Care And In Accordance With All Requirements Contained In The Swz, Its Annexes And Any Information For Contractors.6. The Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Subject Of The Order. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer Whose Content Will Allow The Ordering Party To Verify The Offer In Terms Of Its Compliance With The Content Of The Swz. 8.
