Subject: Renovation Of The Sanitary Sewage System 1. Description: The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Sanitary Sewage System. The Settlement Of The Subject Of The Order Is A Lump Sum. The Contractor Prepares An Offer Based On The Design Documentation, These Descriptions, Requirements, And Bills Of Quantities. The Contractor, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And As Part Of The Offered Remuneration, Is Obliged To Organize, Conduct And Secure The Works In Such A Way As To Ensure Uninterrupted Operation Of The Building During Their Execution And The Possibility Of Ongoing Discharge Of Sewage Into The Combined Sewage System. The Contractor Is Obliged To Predict, Select And Apply All Necessary Organizational, Technical And Technological Solutions Enabling The Continuity Of Operation Of The Sewage System During The Construction. Works, In Particular Temporary Solutions, Bypasses, Pumping, Protection Or Other Measures Necessary To Ensure Proper Sewage Disposal. All Costs Related To Ensuring The Continuity Of The Sewage System, Including The Costs Of Using Temporary Solutions, Devices, Materials, Labor, Security, Arrangements And Possible Additional Works Necessary To Maintain Sewage Disposal During The Implementation Of The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer Price. For This Reason, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Additional Remuneration. The Contractor Shall Be Fully Liable For The Consequences Of Carrying Out The Works In A Way That Causes An Interruption, Restriction Or Disruption In The Functioning Of The Sewage System, In Particular For Damage Caused To The Ordering Party, Building Users Or Third Parties.
