Historical Monument Or Memorial Construction Work – Renewal And Adaptation Of The Nkp Municipal Town Hall In Prievoz. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Work For The Reconstruction And Restoration Of The Administrative Building Of The National Cultural Monument, The Municipal Town Hall And The Notarys House In Prievoz (Radničné Námestie No. 7, Bratislava-City District Ružinov) In Order To Achieve The Original Condition Of The Building After Its Implementation In 1932, Taking Into Account The Current Requirements For Use For The Original Purpose Of Use. The Extension To The Notarys House Will Serve As A Community Center. 2. The Existing Building Is A Two-Story Building, With One Underground And One Above-Ground Floor And A Roof. The Attic Spaces Are Without Further Use. The Building Will Be Protected From Atmospheric Influences By A Lightning Arrester System. The Built-Up Area Of The Buildings Is 441.90 M2. The Ground Plan Shape Of The Building Is Designed In The Shape Of A Regular Rectangle With The Overall Dimensions Of The Building Of The Town Hall 18.44 M X 16.00 M And The Notarys House 17.84 M X 9.00 M. In The Existing Setback In The Floor Plan Of This House, An Extension Of The Social Facilities On The North Side With Dimensions Of 3.95 M X 3.71 M Will Be Realized. The Goal Of Implementing Any Interventions Of Partial Modifications Or Adaptation Of Individual Parts Or Of The Object As A Whole, Is Maximum Respect For The Postulates Of Protection, Integrity And Conservation In Those Situations And Details That Have A Determining Character And Are The Subject Of Monument Protection. These Are Mainly: A) Mass-Spatial Conditions Of The Building, Height Ratios Of The Building And Individual Floors, B Basic Layout Composition, C) Historic Ceiling Structures (Wooden Beam Ceilings), D) Historic Staircase In The Entrance Hall, E) Crown Cornices Of Both Buildings Of The Town Hall And The Notarys House, F) Original Plaster Layers, Even In Fragments, And Historical Inscriptions On The Chimneys, G) Original Equipment With Morphological Articles, H) Collection Stone-Sculptural Reliefs Decorating The Facades Of The Town Hall, I) A Collection Of Coffered Solid And Glazed Doors With Profiled Frames, J) A Collection Of Double And Single Windows, K) A Collection Of Historical Metal Elements (Door Fillings And Other Elements According To The Inventory), L) Original Elements Of The Historical Technical Infrastructure – Chimney Bodies Except For The Chimney Of The Boiler Room And Chimney Heads Above The Roof Level, M) The Construction Of The Roof Of The Town Hall And The House Notary, N) Terrazzo Paving In The Entrance Hall Of The Town Hall, O) Preservation Of The Parameters Of The Roof Landscape Of Both Buildings (Type, Shape, Ridge Height, Suitable Covering). The Reconstruction Of The Building Respects The Preservation Of Elements Falling Under Monument Protection, The Building Will Respect The Point Of View Of Accessibility, The Central Part Of The Town Hall Will Be A Wedding Hall With Facilities, An Elevator Will Be Added. Civic Amenities Are Situated As Built-In Devices. A New Ramp Will Be Built In The Area Around The Town Hall With Barrier-Free Access To The Town Hall And To The Elevator. 3.
